Liam Condon has been our Musical Director since November 2025, taking on the role shortly after becoming Assistant Director of Music at Coventry Cathedral in September 2025 (Acting Assistant Director of Music since  2023) Liam's previous roles include Assistant Organist at St Alphege Parish Church, Solihull, and Organ Scholar at Lichfield Cathedral.

Liam has a passion for inspiring and educating young organists and is the organ teacher at Warwick School and Bablake School, where he teaches some exciting pupils. He also directs and accompanies a number of choirs within the West Midlands. Liam became a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists in July 2023.

Liam graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, in 2019, where he was Organ Scholar under the tuition of Rupert Gough. He was accompanist to the Chapel Choir of Royal Holloway, playing live on BBC Radio 3 and 4 as well as touring with the Choir to various destinations in Europe and North America.

Liam enjoys composition and won third place in the 2021 York Minster Grand Organ competition for his Advent compositionVeni ad Salvandum nos. His choral work Lift up your heads was highly commended by the Peter Tranchell Foundation and was premiered by Coventry Cathedral Choir in December 2023.
